She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Bailey and Berniece Bailey (McInturf); her husband Gordon Rowley; her son-in-law Kevin Coon; and her siblings, Don Bailey, Sharon Cole and Richard Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy, Randy Rowley (Martha), Carol Coon and Charles Rowley (Kim); her grandchildren, Zac, Amancha, Lila and Sadie; her great grandchild Nova; her brother Dean Bailey; and her sister-in-law Gail Davis (Roger). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Memorial Contributions for Kathy may be made to the Winfield Senior Living Community Memory Care Unit, donations may be left in the care of the funeral home.
