She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cecil Darr and Mary Louise Darr (Quinn); and her son John David Barnes. She is survived by: her husband Dick Barnes; her daughter Jennifer Anne Irwin (Carrie Caley); her grandchildren, Dane and Tessa Irwin; her sisters, Jeanne Neal (John) and Janet Coplin (Linda Thomas); her niece Hollie Morgan (Chris); and her nephews, Christian Neal (Cara) and Emerson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
