He is survived by: his wife Susie Zinn of Winfield; his children, Lindsay Gutierrez-Bratt (Sean) of Andover, Nick Gutierrez of Chicago, IL and Michael Gutierrez (Ally) of Searcy, AR; and his sisters, Gina Gutierrez, Gloria Garcia of Andover and Angie Gutierrez of Winfield.
