He was predeceased by: his parents, Haden Buckmaster and Della Buckmaster (Cosper); his wife Carma Lee Poindexter; and his siblings, Henry Buckmaster, Otha Buckmaster, Lee Buckmaster, Raymond Thomas, Juanita Thomas, Ralph Thomas, Eldon Thomas, Elenor Buckmaster, Perry Buckmaster and Armita Buckmaster.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Buckmaster (Diana) of Winfield and Lisa Orr (Brent) of Stillwater, OK; his brother Haden Buckmaster; his grandchildren, Dustin, Kendra, Delicia, Jessica, Jason and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Pace, Logan, Kenny, Melissa, Hayden, Chloie, Davon, Daxson, Mabrey, Ridge, Alex, Damon and Jozlyn.
A memorial has been established in Johnny's name for the Winfield Masonic Lodge #110.
