He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Samms and Ruth D. Samms (Luck); his spouse Pat Galleher; and his son Jimmy Samms. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Samms, Alice Kaul (Jim), Sue Adams (Kevin) and Wes Samms (Beverly); his granddaughters, Brittany and Amber; and his stepchildren, Tonya and Daniel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
