He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Lee and Ailene D. Neal (Hull). He is survived by: his wife Beverly Neal of Winfield; his sons, Jimmie Neal, Jr. of Arkansas City and Barry Neal (Lorace) of Arkansas City; his siblings, Clarence Neal (Karen) of Winfield, Tom Neal (Deb) of Winfield and Trish Warner (Greg) of Haysville; his grandchildren, Katie Gray (Chase) of Ponca City, OK, Jacob Neal (Alex) of South Haven and Jaclyn Neal of Lyons; and his great grandchildren, Hagen, Maycee, Sophia and Mason.

A memorial has been established in Jimmie's name for the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
