He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Leland Hopper and Ada "B." Hopper (Walthall); and his brothers, Tom and Terry Hopper. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kukuk of Winfield; his children, Matthew Hopper (Echo) of Winfield and Michelle McGinnis (Ash) of Winfield; his brother John Hopper of Derby; and his grandchildren, Alicyn, Emercyn, Austin Jerry, Madison and Allison.
A viewing is scheduled at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 6 P.M.
A memorial has been established in Jerry's name for William Newton Hospital. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
