It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeremy Scott Widener of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coddy Widener and Inza Widener (Booe); and his brother Johnathan Widener (Charles Dunbar). He is survived by: his wife Emily Widener of Winfield; his children, Zena Widener of Wichita, Xzandra Widener of Wichita, Albert and Gannon Widener of Winfield; and his siblings, Tim of Winfield, Everett of Winfield, Justin Widener of Winfield and Angel Trainer of Wichita. He is also survived by his three grandchildren that he shared with Crystal Reppart; and his eight nieces and three nephews.
A memorial has been established in Jeremy's name to help defray expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
