She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ann Bolack (Richard) of Burden, Rebecca Jo Baxter (John) of South Bend, IN and Gary Gene Powell (Ginger) of Jefferson, GA; her grandchildren, Michell Bolack of Kansas City, Matthew Bolack (Lauren) of Sachse, TX, Patrick Powell of Jefferson, GA, Chandler Powell of Jefferson, GA, Chase Powell of Jefferson, GA, Sarah Thomas (Ryan Willis) of Conifer, CO, Rachel Murphy of Wichita, Melody Maxson of South Bend, IN and Leah Throneberry (Brad) of Kokomo, IN; and her great grandchildren, Jadon Bolack, Conner Bolack, Brynn Murphy, Jackson Murphy, Ella Murphy, Logan Throneberry and Daisy Throneberry.
