He is survived by: his wife Diana of Winfield; his children, Fred Laymon (Liz) of Eufaula, OK, Vanessa Thomason of Vian, OK and Nikki Barnum of Colorado Springs, CO; his brothers, Bobby Laymon (Donna) of Muskogee, OK, Thomas Laymon (Ellen) of Grove, OK, Jonathan Laymon (Sandy) of Braggs, OK, Christopher Laymon (Gina) of Gore, OK and Charles Laymon (Kathy) of Gore, OK; and his grandchildren, Jessica Laymon, Tesah Jones (Christian), Joseph Laymon, Whitney Thomason, Mason Laymon, Wyatt Thomason and Payton Barnum.
