She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and JoAnn Smith (Pearson); her parents-in-law, Roy and Ruth Barger; and her siblings, Grant P. Smith and Jody Enns.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Spoon; her daughters, Gina (Dave Heller) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Christy (Paul Rozo) of Newport Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Amber Brayton, Jarad Farber, Gabrielle Hazel, Jackson Heller, Bianca Gaxiola and Andrew Rozo; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Rylan, Macie, Bella and Roxey Brayton; her grandchildren, Charlie, Lucy Farber, Gavin, Gianna and Genevieve Gaxiola; and her siblings, George Smith (Suzanne) of Burlington, Michael Smith (Elgena) of Clay Center, Tracy Smith (Anita) of Oxford, Scott Smith of Sheridan, WY and Julie Graham (Eric) of Winfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in Janet's name for the Winfield Community Food Pantry. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
