It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brian Lawrence of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Jay Lawrence and Iris L. Lawrence (Henman); his sister Amy Lawrence; and his father-in-law Richard "Dick" Marrs. He is survived by: his wife Diane Marrs of Winfield, KS; his children, Julie Allen (Joey) of Hutchinson, KS, Brian Lawrence (Peggy) of Winfield and Adam Lawrence (Kayla) of Winfield; his grandchildren, Annie, Miriam, Laurel Allen, Graham, Grady Lawrence, Charlie and Emmett Lawrence; his siblings, Richard "Dick" Lawrence (Sue) of Overland Park, KS, Dan Lawrence (Jane) of Weatherford, TX, Rod Lawrence (Hatsie) of Okoboji, IA, Tom Lawrence (Stacy) of Plano, TX and Martha Lanpher (Curt) of Lawrence, KS; and his mother-in-law Marilynn Marrs of Arkansas City, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
