He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hall and Velva Josephine Bing (Lemon); his wife Sylvia; and his siblings, Joyce Biggers, Thelma Wood and Roy Bing.
He is survived by: his children, James Bing (Jamie) of Wellington and Clarissa Bing of Latham; his stepchildren, Kyle Barnes, Carey Barnes (Tamra) and Cina Shirley (Mike); and his grandchildren, Brant Barnes, Cara Lynville, Lane Shirley, Annie Ball, Casey Bing, Emily Bing, Winston Bing, Isaac Bing and Dalton Barnes. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
