She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch R. Stamper and Gladys Mae Stamper (Dry); her husband Shirley Stout; and her daughter Shirell Jordan (Stout). She is survived by: her sons, Gregory L. Stout of Winfield, Thomas I Stout (Kathy) of Dexter and Brian L. Stout (Gwen) of Winfield, KS; and her sister Dorothy M. Stamper-Davis of Melbourne, FL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Winfield Fire/EMS or the Winfield Arts Council. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
