She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Junior Casebolt and Helen Brake (Phillips); and her siblings, Lois Elaine and Ronald Lloyd. She is survived by: her sisters, Cathy Heinz of Haysville and Sandy Casebolt of Winfield; her children, Monica Chambers (Shannon) of Barnand, MO, Desi Boyle (Brian) of Murfreesboro, TN and Dustin Casebolt of Mayville, MO; her grandchildren, Jasa, Draek, Devin, Brenna, Dylan, Kelsie, Teylor, Darius, Justice, Jaycee, Alleigh, Mason and Brylee; and her great grandchildren, Aedyn, Kevin, Bryon, Liam, Brixleigh, Daxx, Paceson, Braxton and Harper.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shelley Family Funeral Home to defray expenses.
