He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle; and his son-in-law Michael Stein. He is survived by: his wife Carole Middleton of Winfield; his stepsons, Michael Skinner and David Skinner; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Myers (Jordan), Matthew Stein, Stephanie Owens, Dylan Skinner and Presley Skinner; and his great grandchild Jettson Myers.
A memorial has been established in Dale's name for the Winfield Food Pantry.
