He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harry and Lela Neal Sawyer; his siblings, Richard, Jim and Linda; and his sons, Kirk and Kevin.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Sawyer; his sons, Don (Kim) of Hutchinson, KS, Greg (Laurie) of Colony, TX and Jeff (Deena); his stepchildren, Bonnie Lane, Gary Lane (Laquita) of Grove, OK and Ronnie Lane (Shirley) of Fairland, OK; and his sister Deloris "Dee" Ledy Winfield (Mike). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
