She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Hartley and Jessedeene Hartley (Sisk); her husband John Jay ReQua; her granddaughter Amber Fischbach; her brother Herbert; and her sister-in-law Nella Hartley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Brazle (Frank) of Chanute, Jessie Bradley (Jim) of Dexter and Renee Smith (Scott) of Hutchinson; her brother-in-law Riley ReQua; her grandchildren, Andy Brazle, Ashlee Mansfield (Greg), Tyler Siefkes (Brianna), Cameron Dreher-Siefkes (Hannah), Stuart Smith (Esther) and Spencer Smith; her grandson-in-law Justin Fischbach; and her great grandchildren, Sam, Laura Fischbach, Sophie, Lexie Nelson, Jordyn, Kennedy Siefkes, Lennon, Norah Dreher-Siefkes and Cassidy Smith. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
