He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bliss and Dorthodean Bliss (Wilkerson). He is survived by: his wife Beth Bliss; his children, Kent Bliss of Grapevine, TX and Cinda Brady (Ike) of Parkville, MO; his grandchildren, Grant Brady, Drew Brady, Joshua Bliss, Taylor Bliss, Lisa Ketteler and Gus Ketteler; and his siblings, Beverly Conover of Oxford, KS, Loretta Newland of Wichita, KS and Judy Meridith (Bill) of Wellington, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
