It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Aaron Spoon of Winfield, Kansas, born in Indianola, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Spoon and Mary Spoon (Potter); and his great grandchild Isaiah Spoon. He is survived by: his wife Nina Spoon; his children, David Spoon (Carman) and Lisa Spoon; his granddaughters, Paige Spoon, Ashley Bonner (Grant Haws) and Melissa Welborn (Guy); and his great grandchildren, Kalyn Bonner, Brody Bonner, Dean Welborn and Axsel Welborn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions for Frank may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
