He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Loraine Fraser and Edward Granville Foster; his daughters, Cynthia Foster of San Antonio, TX and Carol Foster of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Kent Bevan, Diana Bevan of Fairfield, CA and Laura Ruffennach of Colorado Springs, CO; his great grandchildren, Jennifer and Emily Ruffennach; and his wife Jeannine Foster.
The family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the First United Methodist Church of Winfield. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
