He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Dean and Bernice Neubecker (Garretson); his wife Karon LaVerne Peningar; his sons, Dennis, Ricky and Robin Neubecker; his sisters, Darlene and April Joy; and his granddaughter Kimberly Neubecker.
He is survived by: his sons, David Neubecker and Dominick Neubecker; his grandchildren, Michael and Lori; and his brother Donnie Joe Neubecker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in Eddie's name for Central of Burden High School. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
