He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Dean and Bernice Neubecker (Garretson); his wife Karon LaVerne Peningar; his sons, Dennis, Ricky and Robin Neubecker; his sisters, Darlene and April Joy; and his granddaughter Kimberly Neubecker.
He is survived by: his sons, David Neubecker and Dominick Neubecker; his grandchildren, Michael and Lori; and his brother Donnie Joe Neubecker.
A memorial has been established in Eddie's name for Central of Burden High School. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
