He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Barney" and Jewel Lois Adams (Sullivan); his children, Wesley Dean Adams Jr., Rachel Beth Adams and Martha Jewell Adams; and his siblings, Betty Lemon and John Robert Adam.
He is survived by: his former wife Rhonda Crowe; his children, Joshua Adams, Mary Adams and Earls; his siblings, Troy Adams (Anne), Sandra Faye (Wally Clark), Joe Adams (Julie) and Edie Marsh (Kenny); and his siblings-in-law, David Crowe (Cari), Kerry Roak (Randy), Debbie Miller (Barry) and Lori Thacker (Eddie).
The family requests no flowers and that any memorials to be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
