It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora C. Burris of Winfield, Kansas, born in Augusta, Kansas, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie Dennis and Mabel Vera Finley (Henry); her daughters, Vickie Huster, Sylvia Hutton and Nancy Langdale; and her brothers, Virgil Finley, Jack Finley and Albert Finley.

She is survived by: her former husband Eugene Lambing; her husband Jack R. Burris; her daughters, Charlotte Crymes (Herschell) of Whitehouse, TX and Darlene Vanderloos (Bill) of Billings, MT; and her sister Jenny Powell of Winfield. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in Dora's name for Harry Hynes Hospice. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
