She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Benjamin and Mary Elizabeth Lively (Berry); and her brother Calvin Berry. She is survived by: her former spouse Donnie Wayne Irvin; her son Mark Irvin (Dena) of Winfield; her grandchildren, Brayden Irvin of Winfield, Alyssa Davis (Tyler) of Winfield, Colin Pedersen of Winfield and Seth Hull of Winfield; and her brother Howard Berry.
A memorial has been established in Donna's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
