He was predeceased by: his parents, Macy Perry and Alma Perry (Christner); his daughter Karen; and his siblings, Leola, Eunice, Floyd and Valda.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Warren of Winfield; his children, Delbert J. Perry, Jr. of Winfield, Jerald Perry (Cissy) of Lawton, OK and Tammy Shultz (Bill Buetow) of Winfield; his grandchildren, Delicia (Ron), Megan (Jay), Jessica (Macey), Edward Perry, Erin (Kameron), Alyssa Shultz, Heylee (Ryland), Autumn Perry, Peyton Perry, Bianca Perry, Lucas, Perry, Harper Perry, Dawson Perry and Braxton Perry (Tucker Perry); and his great grandchildren, Chloie, Davon, Daxson, Aiden, Lucas, Brody, Matthew, Mabrey, Ridge, Adaliah and Kohen.
A memorial has been established in Delbert's name for the Cowley County Humane Society. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
