He is survived by: his former wife Gloria Hawkins; his daughter Tamara McEwen (James) of Winfield; his siblings, James Graham (Virginia) of Kerrville, TX and Barbara Graham Boecker of Houston, TX; his grandson Andy McEwen (Vanessa) of Neodesha; his siblings, Jake McEwen (Mary) of Thayer and Amy Whitaker (Jeffari) of Star, NC; and his great grandchildren, Serenity, Kaiden, Madison of Faith, C. J., Porter of Davey, D. J., Tayvon, Aniyah, Allie and Phoebe.
Memorials have been established in David's name for the Cowley County Humane Society and for the Alzheimer's Association. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
