Horst (Rising); his wife Nancy Miller of Winfield; his daughters, Tamara Neu (Ed) of Edmond, OK and Tracy Horst of Sherman, TX; his granddaughter Stephanie McCabe (Isaac) of Edmond; his daughter Samantha Neu of Portland, OR; his great grandchildren, Madison, Lily, Kathryn McCabe and Finn Neu; and his sister Jeannette Robinson (Melvin) of Derby.
