He is survived by: his wife Ruthie of Derby, KS; his children, Su-Ella McKinzie of Manhattan, KS, Tina Gardner (Todd) of Derby, KS and Charles II McKinzie (Carrie) of Winfield, KS.; his grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Cambria, Catriona and Charles III; his siblings, Wanda Nickerson (Jack) of Republic, MO, Shirley Hall of Broken Arrow, OK, Kenneth McKinzie (Gail) of Grove, OK and Cindy Harlan (Terry) of Joplin, MO; and his sister-in-law Janna Beth McKinzie of Pueblo, CO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
