She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Dean and Minerva "Janeanne" Fry (Cardwell); her husband Dennis Shiever of Winfield; her children, Evert Dean Shiever (Nara) of Wichita and Ruthanne Denise Scudder (Zach Head) of Rosalia; her siblings, Frank Fry of Winfield, Dorothy Potter (Patrick) of Winfield and Linda Hanshaw of Winfield; her granddaughter Deidra Perrigo (Alex) of Dexter; her sibling Alexandrea Shiever of Derby; and her great grandchildren, Raya and Jack Perrigo.
A memorial has been established in Catherine's name for Trinity Lutheran School. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
