It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Patricia Hribar of Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George McKinney and Nora McKinney (Taylor); her daughter Mary Hribar; her grandson Gregory Haring; and her siblings, Vern Jordan, Joyce Tucker, Carol Dickerson, Georgia Wienhoff and David McKinney.
She is survived by: her husband William Hribar; her daughters, Tina Haring (Jack) and Sarah Hitzfelder (David); her grandchildren, Ben, Zack (Jess), Katie, Emily, Andrew, Harley (Kyla), Jer and Jo; her great grandchildren, Ava and Mia; and her brothers, Ron McKinney, Fred McKinney (Barb) and Terry McKinney (Brenda). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield, KS.
