She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosevelt Kinney and Lucretia Kinney (Adams); her husband Edward Walter Chism; and her siblings, Richard, Lois, Charles, George, Jacqueline and Barbara.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenston Chism (Tonya) of Urbana, IL and Jamie Chism (Michele) of Winfield, KS; her grandchildren, Zacchary Brown (Ericka), Brad Brown (Hope) and Jordan Chism; and her great grandchildren, Camden Vargas, Rhett Brown, Hadlyn Briles, Henli Brown and Holland Brown.
Memorial contributions may be made to the USD 353, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
