With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Shumaker of Winfield, Kansas, born in Long Beach, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2024 at the age of 50. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Gloria Duarte; her former husband Dennis White; her husband Keith Shumaker; her children, Brittany Patton, Skylar Sunnenberg and Ty White; her siblings, Silvia Mejia, George Duarte, Ana Duarte, Victor Duarte and Eric Knizley; and her grandchildren, Ada Sunnenberg, Zeriah Patton and Vedder Patton.
A memorial has been established in Barbara's name for the Essential Tremors Foundation. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
