She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester C. Forwalder and Lillie M. Forwalder (Smiley); her husband Richard German; her son Raymond German; and her sister Carol Ballinger.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Wanda German of Newkirk, OK; her brother Melvin Forwalder (Beverly) of Jacksonville, FL; her granddaughters, Christina Jumper and Anastasia Quint; and her great grandchildren, Lane, Terri, Tyla, Wylee and Kaycee.
