She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Dean and Leola Bernice Neubecker (Garretson); her sister Darlene Louise Neubecker; and her close friend Betty Arndt. She is survived by: her daughter Andrea Stillings of Winfield; and her siblings, Eddie Neubecker of Winfield and Donnie Joe Neubecker of Burden.
A memorial has been established in April's name to help defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
