He is survived by: his cousin Anthony George Elliott; his wife AnnaRosa Church Elliott of Emmett; his children, Jackson, Shannon, Clara, Roy and Lily; his parents, Bryan Elliott and Joanne Barton Elliott; his siblings, Jessica Elliott Hillman (Timm Stewart), Elwood "Woody" Elliott and Samuel Elliott (Alisha); and also, Ray, Sharon Mouritsen Church, Jimmy Church (Christina), Maria Canady (Stacey), Jason Church (Becky), John Church (Shawnee), Jerimiah Church (Sheri), Rosita Hansen (Jordan), Jesse Church (Becca), Aleta Oribio (Efrain), Ramona Church and Camilla Church. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
