She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harper and Winifred Alice Harper (Ashford); her spouse Cecil Ray Speegle (England); and her siblings, Thelma, Daphney, Rita and Brian.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Whaley (Curtis) of Houston, TX, Karen Speegle of Winfield and Michael Speegle of Longview, TX; her siblings, Suzann Hoover of Vancouver, WA and Timothy Harper (England) of London; her grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer, Carolyn, Matthew and Jeff; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Maddie, Katelyn, Edwin, Isaac, Maggie, Mason and Natalie.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (904 Wheat Rd, Winfield, KS 67156).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
