It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Galland E. Ellwood of Windom, Kansas, born in McPherson, Kansas, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenford LeRoy and Acelee Ellwood (Neel); his son Michael Ellwood; his sons-in-law, Nick Prindle and David Fortenberry; and his great grandchild Calum Block.
He is survived by: his wife Della Mae Meek; his children, Randall "Randy" Ellwood (Nancy) of Windom, KS, Rhonda Fortenberry of Windom, KS and Krystal "Krysti" Bergkamp (Jason) of Windom, KS; and his sisters, Jeanine McNally (Stanley) of Salina, KS and Linda Teeter (Bill) of Little River, KS. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
