It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gabriel Herron Jr. of Windom, Kansas, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Antonio Santos Rosales, Robert Lee Spratling, Thomas James Ladet, Sr., Patricia Ann Lawson and Julia Roberta Ladet (Reardon); and his grandfathers, Col. C. Edward Herron, Michael John Slaughter and Thomas James Ladet, Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Gabriel Antonio Edward Herron, Sr. (Michaela) of Edwardsville, KS and Jennifer Gonzalez (Jessie Tellez) of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Gage Herron of Camp Pendleton, CA, Sailor Herron of Windom, KS and Elizabeth Taylor of Canton, KS; his partner Adrian Neufeld; his partner's daughter Ella of Moundridge, KS; his grandmothers, Beatrice Herron of San Antonio, TX, Pam Lawson of Edwardsville, KS and Betty Espinoza of San Antonio, TX; his aunt DeAndrea Herron of San Antonio, TX; his uncle Max Ladet of Kansas City, MO; and his great-grandparent Charlotte Rosales of Elk Grove, CA. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (520 E Northview Ave, McPherson, KS 67460). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
