She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Frederick and Dessie Stevens Petitt; her husband Wayne Alfred Church, Sr.; her children, Janice Goodin, Frederick Church and Wayne Church, Jr.; her granddaughter Sandra Ann Church; and her great grandchild Josh Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, David Church (Sharon) and Jo Ann Adams (Steve); and her son-in-law Gary Goodin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
