We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2023, at the age of 90, Nellie E. Perry of Winchester, Kansas, born in Quinter, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter S. Milroy and Edith A. McElroy Milroy; her husband David A. Perry; her children, Philip Perry (Rhonda) and Catherine Smelser (Fred); and her siblings, Leland Milroy of Wellsville, KS., Robert Milroy of Prairie Village, KS, Joan Adams of Oskaloosa, Eugene and Gary Milroy.
