He was predeceased by: his father Carl E. Harper; and his brother Carl Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley A. Harper (Oertel); his children, Christopher, David, Jennifer, Seth and Preston; and his sister Cheryl. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
