He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. "Jack" Hoffman and Beverly J. Hoffman (Bomhoff); and his siblings, Dawn M Hoffman and Mark A. Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Hoffman (Kayla) of Burleson, TX and Meridith Hoffman of Benwheeler, TX; his brother Philip Hoffman (Sherri) of Nortonville, KS; and his grandchildren, Braylon Hoffman and Andrew Hoffman.
