With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Richard Wills of Winchester, Kansas, born in Atchison, Kansas, who passed away on June 18, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wills and Isabelle Mary Wills (Jackson); his daughter Camille Mary Williams; and his brother Bob Wills. He is survived by: his children, Kirk Wills of Houston, TX and Christine Wills; his siblings, Jim Farrell and Sally Bechtold; and his grandsons, Alex Wills and Bobby Wills.
