He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Sue Miller. He is survived by: his mother Carol Benner of Sedalia, MO; his children, Jennifer Willis (Matt), Jessica Benner (Wendy), Jeremy Benner (Allison) and Lee Lucas (Mandy); and his siblings, Kathy Benner of Richmond, VA, Mike Benner, Jim Benner of New Franklin, MO and Doug Benner of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barnett Family Funeral Home (1220 Walnut St, Oskaloosa, KS 66066). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Winchester United Methodist Church (401 4th St, Winchester, KS 66097).
