It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Elizabeth Owens of Winchester, Kansas, born in Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Tackett and Nora Cleavenger Tackett; her husband Ralph Eugene Owens; and her stepgranddaughter Randi Huffard of Pinellas Park, FL.
