He is survived by: his wife Brenda Blake; and his children, Rhonda White of Benedict, KS, Jodie White of Anderson, MO, Tracie Washam of Anderson, MO, Kellie Nelson of Harrisonville, MO and Jerry "Turk" Minick of Neodesha. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
