He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Soukup and Claire Soukup (Mog); his siblings, Tom Soukup and Joni Soukup; and his grandson Steven Browning.

He is survived by: his wife Karan Soukup; his children, Alan Soukup (Lisa) of Salina, KS, Angela Browning (Don) of Wilson and Lindsay Cullens (Travis) of Wilson; his siblings, Louise Masden (Leo) of Wilson, Steve Soukup (Janie) of McPherson, KS, Jim Soukup (Carolyn) of Wilson, Francis Soukup (Jeanette) of Claflin, KS, Fred Soukup of Wilson and Pat Soukup (Dio) of Norwich, KS; his sister-in-law Carla Soukup of Dorrance, KS; his grandchildren, Brennan Soukup, Braydan Browning, Kaitlyn Browning, Makenna Soukup and Skylar Cullens; and his great grandchild Reid Browning.
