He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Millar and Eva Millar (Harris); his siblings, Edward Millar, Carol Voth, June Miller and Rosemary; and his aunt Elizabeth Millar.
He is survived by: his former wife Norma Tehee; his significant other Elizabeth Armstrong; his children, Sherri Barnes, Karen Oliver, James D. Millar and David Armstrong of Fredonia Kansas; and his siblings, William Millar of New Albany, John Millar of New Albany, Dan Millar of Fredonia and Katrine Millar of New Albany. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
