It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James I. Millar (Wilson, Kansas), who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Millar and Eva Millar (Harris); his siblings, Edward Millar, Carol Voth, June Miller and Rosemary; and his aunt Elizabeth Millar.

He is survived by: his former wife Norma Tehee; his significant other Elizabeth Armstrong; his children, Sherri Barnes, Karen Oliver, James D. Millar and David Armstrong of Fredonia Kansas; and his siblings, William Millar of New Albany, John Millar of New Albany, Dan Millar of Fredonia and Katrine Millar of New Albany. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
