She is survived by: her children, Gay Busker of Russell, Scott Hanzlicek (Barbara) of Hutchinson, KS, Todd Hanzlicek (Wanda) of Wilson and Kris Hanzlicek (Lisa) of Lawrence, KS; and her grandchildren, Brooke Hanzlicek, Kelly Busker, Curtis Busker, Colby Hanzlicek, Kirstin Hanzlicek, Lauran Ray, Leslie Ray, Mollie Miller, Hanna Miller, Lacey Kirwan and Megan Sneath. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
